As a trainer and opinion leader he has conducted more than 100 training sessions for family doctors in the Transcarpathian region.

Main direction of practical activity: For 20 years he has been working as a family doctor-consultant and gastroenterologist in the outpatient clinic of family doctors #7 and for 7 years in the private clinic "Hemo Medica". He uses the principles of evidence-based medicine in medical practice. Pavlo has led a number of projects to help develop family medicine in Uzhhorod and the Transcarpathian region that have been successfully implemented.

Scientific works: "Steps of introduction of evidence-based prevention, in particular screening of the most common diseases in the practice of a family doctor, in certain groups of the population of Transcarpathia". The dissertation for the degree of Ph.D. on the topic: "Study and possibilities of treatment of Helicobacter pylori in the families of patients with gastro duodenal lesions" 06.09.02.-Iv.-Frankivsk., 2002. He has more than 210 scientific and educational publications, including 69 professional scientific publications and over 10 publications included in scientometric databases.

In 2016 she graduated from IFNMU and entered an internship at UzhNU. After graduating in 2018 with a degree in Family Medicine, she became an assistant at the Department of Therapy of the Medical Faculty No. 2.

Internship and advanced training: specialization in "Ultrasound Diagnostics" (December, 2019), specialization in "Hematology" (2020)

In 2020, she was hired as a family doctor and hematologist at the Hemo Medica Clinic. 

Scientific topic: in connection with the current situation, she chose Covid 19. At present, a scientific article "Pathognomonic signs of coronavirus infection in the Transcarpathian region" has been published on this topic.
