Computer lab was solemnly opened at the Faculty of Tourism and International Communications on the eve of New Year holidays

The year 2017, which has been very fruitful for Uzhhorod National University, is coming to an end, but the work is still going on and nobody is going to rest on their laurels. On Friday, December 22^nd 2017, a new computer lab was solemnly opened at the Faculty of Tourism and International Communications.

The dean of the faculty, Natalia Habchak, says that in the past their students received necessary knowledge owing to cooperation of the faculty with the Natural Sciences and Humanities College of UzhNU, which has two computer labs, and henceforth, the Faculty of Tourism and IC can be proud of its own modern computer lab. The festive opening of the lab took place with the participation of the Rector of UzhNU Volodymyr Smolanka, Vice-Rector for Academic Policy Ihor Korol, a representative of the "Datagroup" company Yaroslav Dyakov, the faculty and students.

"Today’s event was made possible owing to the support of UzhNU managers and the sponsor of the lab - "Datagroup" company, which is succesfully operating in the Ukrainian market and is engaged in the area of telecommunications. Owing to the assistance and support of the university administration, we have a beautiful upgraded computer room, where major repairs have been carried out," said the dean of the faculty.

After the ceremonial cutting of the tape, the Rector of UzhNU Volodymyr Smolanka congratulated those present on the approaching holidays and noted that the faculty was always working consistently to achieve high-quality results, and the current event was a vivid example of that.

 Finally, everyone present had the opportunity to test new equipment and watch presentation videos of the faculty on new computers.
