Yuliya Bobrova is the director of the Center

Doctor of Law, associate professor of the Department of International Law of the Uzhhorod National University, author of more than 100 scientific publications on topical issues in the security and defense  sector, gender issues, and the activities of the judiciary.

The main directions of research within the scope of the Center's activities:

- development of proposals for the implementation of norms of international humanitarian law, the Rome Statute and other international legal acts into national legislation, as well as methodological recommendations for their practical application;

- preparation of proposals regarding the form of an international judicial body (tribunal), principles of its activity, functions, status, powers with the aim of holding the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation responsible for launching and waging an aggressive war against Ukraine, as well as military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces - for war crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine;

– access to justice and the activities of law enforcement agencies in the areas of hostilities and temporarily occupied territories;

Viktoriya Bondarenko is the Center's deputy director

Candidate of economic sciences, senior research associate, associate professor of the department of business administration, management and marketing of the faculty of history and international relations of the Uzhhorod National University, author of more than 75 scientific publications in the fields of economics and management.

The main directions of research within the scope of the Center's activities:

– the legal foundations of the economic development of the state in wartime conditions and in the reconstruction period after the end of hostilities;

- conducting scientific research in the field of internal crisis management (management) to meet the needs in the field of national security and defense;

- development of methodological recommendations for the implementation of knowledge (competencies) about the law of war in the field of higher legal education in the course of training students, cadets, military personnel and units for their practical application in the course of conducting military (combat) operations while performing assigned tasks.

Vdovitchenko Vitaly - head of the specialized prosecutor's office in the military and defense sphere of the Western region, candidate of legal sciences.

Kuts Kostyantyn is a practicing lawyer, 16 years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in the defense of persons in criminal proceedings. The founder of the first Ukrainian online service for preparing claims for court "Pozovdosud". Author of scientific articles and publications.

Maria Menzhul is a doctor of legal sciences, professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University of Higher Education, the author of more than 180 scientific publications on private law issues.

Mykhailo Ternushchak - Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative, Financial and Information Law of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University of Higher Education and Research, the author of more than 75 scientific publications on issues of administrative law and process.

Mykola Siyploki - Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University.

Kolotukha Ivan - candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the Department of International Law of the Uzhhorod National University of Law Faculty, a practicing lawyer with 14 years of experience, the author of seventeen articles on the issues of international humanitarian law and a study guide on the international legal features of the qualification of armed conflicts.

Nataliya Petretska - candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional Law and Comparative Jurisprudence of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University, coordinator of the Center for Legal Support of Victims of the Military Invasion, created jointly with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Uzhhorod National University.

Khohlova Iryna - candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the department of administrative, financial and information law of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University of Higher Education.

Badida Andrianna - candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University, the author of more than 50 scientific works. Field of scientific interests: human rights, constitutional justice, legal argumentation.

Vadym Roshkanyuk - candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, head of the department of economic law of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University, practicing lawyer.

Mykhailo Gerevich - Doctor of Philosophy in the field of "Law", lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty of Law of the Uzhhorod National University. Field of interests: theory of the state and law, philosophy of law.
