Court rejected Mr.Vashchuk’s claim

On Friday, March 25^th 2016, in open court session, Shevchenko district court of Kyiv considered Fedir Vashchuk’s claim against the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in which he demanded to resume him at work. The decision taken by the Court was to reject the claim against the Ministry of Education of Ukraine and Uzhhorod National University (as the third party), in which Mr.Vashchuk had demanded to cancel the order, recognize the contract as valid, resume him at work and force the university to pay him the sum at resignation and average salary for the period of payment delay at resignation.
