The Department of Sociology and Social Work of Uzhhorod National University invites to study in "Sociology" and "Social Work". Specialists are trained at three levels of higher education: bachelor, master, doctor of philosophy.

Employment opportunities for sociologists: - Business analytics (logistics manager, sales manager) - HR manager (personnel overseeing, headhunting, personnel logistics and communication, personnel recruitment) - SMM (management in social networks, social marketing, fighting communication bots and fakes).

Employment opportunities for social workers: Social management in the communities (development and adjustment of the social passports, resilience and conflict resolution) Social work with ex-combatants (management of international and local project for the needs of ex-combatants and ex-combatants with disabilities) Social provision (coordination at the regional level of the activities of the Ministry of Social Policy with the communities and civic organizations, crisis management in the communities).
