UzhNU signed memorandum of cooperation with IBM
Recently, the Faculty of Information Technologies has started active cooperation with the international company IBM. The next step in its implementation was signing a memorandum of cooperation between the two structures. On behalf of UzhNU, the document was signed by its Rector Volodymyr Smolanka, on behalf of the international corporation - by the Director General of IBM in Ukraine Penko Dinev.
On November 3rd 2017, the delegation of the Faculty of Information Technologies of UzhNU including the Dean of the faculty Ihor Povkhan and Associate Professor of the Software Systems Department Vasyl Kut visited the representative office of IBM in Kyiv. This is not surprising that the Faculty of Information Technologies initiated the cooperation of our university with such powerful world corporation. The road map of cooperation between UzhNU and the international company IBM was agreed, and the possibility of the visit of the representatives of IBM to UzhNU was discussed at the meeting.
