The number of budget funded places has been increased at UzhNU!
According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "On amendments to the distribution of budget funded places" Uzhhorod National University has been provided more than forty additional budget funded places - 35 (full-time study) and 6 (part-time study).
According to the Rector Volodymyr Smolanka, due to the changes budget funded places have been allocated to all new specialties (EQL "Bachelor" on the basis of complete secondary education):
• «International relations» - 5 places for full-time study;
• «International law" - 5 for full-time and 2 for part-time study;
• «International information" - 5 for full-time and 2 for part-time study;
• «Regional geography" - 3 places for full-time study;
• «Advertising and public relations" - 3 for full-time and 2 for part-time study.
The number of budget funded places has been increased up to 15 for the direction of "Electronic Devices and Systems", up to 20 for "Instrument Engineering", up to 10 for "Social Work" and up to 10 full-time and 2 part-time for the new direction of "Hotel and Restaurant Business".
According to the order, budget funded places have been redistributed in favor of the EQL "Master" in natural, physico-mathematical and engineering specialties.
