On the results of summer examination session
Vice-rector for academic policy and research Volodymyr Feketa reported on the performance of full-time and extramural students and problems of the summer examination session at the Academic Council meeting on the 29th of October.
According to the vice-rector, a total of 8,095 full-time students were enrolled at the beginning of the semester and 66 students were not allowed to take tests at the end of the semester. 78% or 6,305 students passed exams successfully including 10.5% (848 students) who finished the semester with distinction, 27.8% or 2,251 students were given "good" and "excellent" marks, 36.5 % or 2,948 students – different marks, 258 students finished the session only with "satisfactory" marks.
19.8% or 1,599 students failed in some exams.
