UzhNU graduates’ diplomas are ready for printing

Multiple questions from university graduates and their parents, this week’s media reports and comments concern the issue of diplomas.

The situation was commented by the Vice Rector for Academic Policy and Research Myroslava Lendel. "This year, all higher educational institutions of Ukraine form orders on issuance of documents on higher education using YEDEBO system, which is administered by the state enterprise "Inforesurs". Diploma series and number are its basic elements of defense. Actually, printing of diplomas, and development of their design are the responsibility of universities.

The delay in the issuance of diplomas to our graduates was caused by the delay in receiving the above mentioned details. The forms of the diplomas, samples of which were approved by the Academic Council of UzhNU on June 18, have already been printed. The same situation occurred in most universities which are still waiting for the formation of the diploma requisites data bases by "Inforesurs". I would like to inform that on Friday UzhNU began to receive series and numbers of diplomas, so we expect that next week all our graduates will receive their documents. I would also like to emphasize that we have refused from plastic diplomas".
