The first cycle of trainings on Europeanization of the public administration system has been conducted
A series of trainings "Europeanization of the public administration system, the formation of professional scientific potential with the focus on European integration” was held as part of the research project "Jean Monnet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies at Uzhhorod National University" on November 16-20, 2021. During the trainings, students of all levels of higher education in relevant specialties and empoyees of local self-government authorities dealing with European and Euro-Atlantic integration could raise their level of knowledge and gain relevant practical experience in the implementation of European strategies.
The target audience of the event were the representatives of local authorities and deputies of local councils, master students of public governance and administration (Faculty of Social Sciences) and international relations, public communications and regional studies (Faculty of History and International Relations) of Uzhhorod National University.
The trainings were conducted by Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor Olha Rudenko (Kyiv) in the training office of the Center. The trainings themselves took place in the format of a video conference.
The opening of the training cycle was attended by the coordinator of the Jean Monnet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies and Director of the Educational and Research Institute of European Integration Studies Ivan Artyomov, the Director of the Research Institute of Political and Regional Studies, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor of Political Science and Public Administration, Marian Tokar, members of the project team – the Head of the Department of International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies Vitaliy Andreyko, the Head of the International Relations Department Oksana Svezhentseva, a leading specialist of the same department Anna Havryliv, the Director of the JMTC Petro Tokar, leading specialists of the Educational and Research Institute of European Integration Studies Ludmyla Sereda, Svitlana Zub and Yana Chizhmodiy.
