Another successful step towards open science
The implementation of the principles of open science at UzhNU is successfully gaining momentum - today it is the announcement of the implementation of the website of a scientific and practical conference that combines open access publications based on Creative Commons (CC BY) licences.
The uniqueness of the site is that its implementation was initiated by the university library and it was a successful pioneer in this role. In the future, the conference website will become an open archive of materials under the general theme ‘Information Policy of Memory - Survival, Preservation and Development of Ukrainian Libraries in the Present’. The conference website will become a kind of digital library publishing house of the university. Its main task is to promote the value of university science and education, to develop the capabilities of members of the academic community for a broad scientific and public exchange of discoveries and ideas, and to preserve and make research results accessible. The collection of reports of the scientific conference is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
