Prof., D.Sc.BOYKO Nadiya – director of the Center, head department of clinical and laboratory diagnostics and pharmacology, recognized expertise in the field of molecular microbiology and immunology.
Phylosopty Doctor 1994, Senior Researcher since 1995. Doctor of Science since 2010. The total length of service at Uzhhorod National University is 33 years. In the teaching position since 1994, including 12 years as a professor of microbiology, virology and immunology with a course of infectious diseases and a year as a professor of basic medical disciplines, 2 years as head. Department of CLDF, in 2019 was awarded the academic title of Professor of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, Faculty of Dentistry. From 2000 to 2006 she studied for a doctorate at Uzhhorod National University and did an internship as a visiting professor at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He has more than 300 scientific and educational works, including more than 100 works in professional scientific journals, more than 60 publications in publications includedin scientometric databases, as well as 2 monographs. Since 2020, Uzhhorod National University is an official organizational member of EPMA (European Association for Foresight, Preventive and Personalized Medicine). Nadiya Volodymyrivna Boyko is the Ambassador of the Global Harmonization Initiative in Ukraine, a member of the Association of Pharmabiotics, etc.
She has managed about 50 research projects, about 20 of which are funded by various funds - the Ministry of Education and Science, the EU, including projects of the Seventh Framework Program and Horizon 2020.

Assoc., D.Sc. POLISHCHUK Volodymyr – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Software Systems of the State Educational Institution "UzhNU". In the scientific field, it focuses on: issues in the field of information technologies; issues of decision-making support in unclear and risky conditions; methods of information modeling of fuzzy knowledge to increase the safety of decision-making in various spheres of human activity; development of the methodology of hybrid decision support models for the safe and sustainable development of various complex functioning systems; development of a methodology for comprehensive assessment of startup projects; methodologies for evaluating controllability of processes in complex aviation systems and many others.

Prof., D.Sc. DROBNYCH Volodymyr – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre of the State Educational Institution "UzhNU".
In 1971, he graduated from the Uzhgorod State (now National) University with a degree in "Theoretical Physics", after which he completed a research internship at the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
From 1974 to 2005, engaged in scientific and scientific-pedagogical work, he worked in various positions in the Problem Scientific Research Laboratory of Physical Electronics of the SEI "UzhNU" (since 1983, he headed the department of emission electronics at this institution).
Since 2005, he has been working at the UzhNU State Educational Institution as a professor of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre.
In 1982, he defended his thesis for the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences with the specialty 01.04.04 - "Physical electronics" on the topic "Experimental and theoretical research of the mechanisms of the emission of excited particles during the irradiation of metals with ions of kiloelectronvolt energies." In 1984, he received the academic title of senior researcher. In 2000, he defended his Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences thesis on April 1, 2004, specializing in "Physical Electronics" on the topic "Differential characteristics of the emission of excited particles during ion bombardment of metals: methods, experiment, theory."
He is the author and co-author of more than 200 scientific works, 5 inventions, 2 monographs. Over the past 5 years, he has 16 scientific publications, including 5 in journals with an impact factor.
He was a member of the specialized scientific councils for the defense of candidate and doctoral theses, which operated during their last three terms at the Physics Faculty of the Uzhhorod National University. Carried out scientific management of more than 10 state-budget research projects. Supervised the research work of 2 graduate students (with the subsequent successful defense of their candidate theses).
Scientific interests: theoretical physics, information and geo-information systems, mathematical statistics, data science, machine learning.
Main achievements. 1) Developed a general approach to measuring the most informative differential characteristics of the phenomenon of emission of excited particles during ion irradiation of the surfaces of various materials. This approach is called Doppler tomography. 2) Built a quantum-mechanical model of the above-mentioned phenomenon, which allowed, in particular, to prove the existence of the so-called electron-exchange mechanism of excitation of atomic particles. 3) The most significant of recent achievements is the creation, development, as well as practical use (together with specialists of other faculties) of a large information system designed to solve complex modern problems of medical, biological, geographical and chemical direction relevant for the region.

Ph.D. YUSKO Lesya – Candidate of Biological Sciences, Lecturer of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology. Deputy of Head of the department.
In 2002 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Biology of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
From 2004 to 2008 she studied at the graduate school of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2009 she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences in the specialty 03.00.06 - virology.
In 2001-2002 she worked in the department of cellular systems of the Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology. RE. Kavetsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
From 2005 to 2018 she worked at the Transcarpathian Territorial Center for Plant Quarantine of the NAAS of Ukraine, first as a scientific secretary and then as a senior researcher.
Author and co-author of over 25 scientific papers.
Assoc., Ph.D. CHENDEY Tarascandidate of medical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Hospital Therapy of the Faculty of Medicine, a cardiologist of the highest category, actively participates in clinical research, including cohort studies.

Assoc., Ph.D. DEVINYAK Oleg – Head of the department of pharmaceutical disciplines, associate professor, candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, deputy dean of the medical faculty. The dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of pharmaceutical sciences was devoted to the analysis of correlations between the structure of 4-thiazolidinones and their antitumor activity in vitro, as well as the synthesis of new promising compounds of this series. He has additional education in the specialty "Software of automated systems", uses modern methods of statistics, machine learning and intelligent data analysis to solve a wide range of scientific problems in medicine and pharmacy. Member of the expert commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the examination of scientific projects, expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education. In 2018, he completed an internship at the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Kosice (Slovak Republic), and in 2019, he completed an internship under the Open World program at medical education institutions in the state of Oregon (USA). In 2018, he was awarded a certificate of the Transcarpathian Regional Council for the development of medical education in the region. Elected to the ethics commission of the Uzhhorod National University, he is the guarantor of the "Pharmacy" educational program. In 2014 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Biology of Odessa National University. II Mechnikov and qualified as a microbiologist. In 2017 she graduated from graduate school.
