Duration of the project: August 2016 – December 2016

Purpose: to establish the general regularities of concentration changes in the parameters of structural relaxation processes in bulk non-crystalline materials GexAsyS(Se)100-x-y as well as in the thin films based on them.

Result: the general regularities of concentration changes in the parameters of structural relaxation processes in GexAsyS(Se)100-x-y thin films have been studied; microscopic mechanisms of relaxation and photoinduced effects in GexAsyS(Se)100-x-y thin films were established; the general regularities of the change of mechanical parameters of chalcogenide films of the Ge-As-S (Se) system under the influence of laser irradiation were studied.
