UzhNU switches over to the automated system of work with the curriculum
On February 25, 2016 a regular meeting of the Academic Council of Uzhhorod National University took place where the report on the fulfillment of the university budget in 2015 and the financial plan for the next year were considered, the results of the winter examination session were summarized and some changes to the structure of the university were made, etc.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and International Communication Natalia Habchak was awarded with the commendation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for many years of hard work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and fruitful scientific and pedagogical activity. Commendations were also presented to Mychaylo Tyvodar, Petro Sliusarchuk, Liudmyla Kozhara who celebrated their jubilees. Members of the Academic Council Ivan Turianytsa, Volodymyr Lazur, Vasyl Lemak and Tamara Suran were wished happy birthdays.
The features of curricula formation and the amount of academic work to be performed by university departments in academic year 2016-2017 were discussed during the Academic Council meeting. According to the Vice-Rector for Academic Policy and Research Volodymyr Feketa the university switches over to the automated system of curriculum planning. A special programme called "Curriculum" was developed by the head of the department of pharmaceutical sciences, associate professor Oleh Deviniak.
