UzhNU is 5 positions up in the world ranking of universities Webometrics and in TOP-25 of Ukrainian universities

The Internet portal osvita.ua published updated information on the positions of Ukrainian universities in the international Webometrics Ranking of World's Universities. The traditional ranking of the presense of universities in the World Wide Web is published twice a year in January and July. Uzhhorod National University significantly strengthened its position in this ranking in the last 6 months and is currently ranked the 24th among all Ukrainian universities.

The new web-ranking of all the world’s universities is based on systematized data obtained by developers in July 2017. In total, the ranking includes more than 27,000 universities and educational institutions from around the world. Higher educational institutions of Ukraine were also ranked.

 Uzhhorod National University has significantly improved its presence in the network over the last three years and has risen from the 127th position (July 2014) to the 24th (as of today) among more than 300 Ukrainian universities.
