Director of the SRI of ecclesiastical and state law and church and state relations has won DAAD scholarship

According to the official report, an independent selection committee of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD - Der Deutsche Akademische Austausch Dienst) in the city of Bonn has taken a decision to provide the Director of the SRI of ecclesiastical and state law and church and state relations, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law of the Law Faculty of UzhNU Oleksandr Bilash (Archimandrite Yevfrosyn) with a scholarship under the "Research Stays for University Academics and Scientists" programme for the period of 3 months.
The aim of this particular programme is to support short-term research stays and thus promote the exchange of experience and networking amongst colleagues. The presented research project entitled "Ecclesiastical and state law as mandatory scientific and academic discipline in higher legal education" was agreed and approved by the German side.
As part of the scholarship programme and on the invitation of colleagues from German universities Associate Professor Oleksandr Bilash will undergo training on ecclesiastical and state law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Munich (the Department of Public Law (ecclesiastical law, German state and administrative law), Prof. Stefan Koriot), the Faculty of Law of the University of Cologne (the Department of public and ecclesiastical law, Prof. Stefan Mukel) and the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (the Department of ecclesiastical, state and administrative law, Prof. Heinrich de Valle).
