To submit a request to technical support regarding the operation of electronic services (email, websites, software licenses, etc.), malfunctions of telecommunications networks, software, or hardware, carefully fill in the fields and describe the problem in detail in the form linked below. We emphasise that one request should concern only one problem. Do not create repeated submissions regarding the same issue.

For other matters, as well as if you do not have access to the @uzhnu.edu.ua account, write to [email protected]. To expedite the processing of your request, briefly (up to 5 words) describe the problem in the subject line of the email, and in the main body of the email provide detailed information and, if necessary, attach a screenshot or video recording of the screen.
