Director of the driving school – Shpontak Ivan Yaroslavovych, an accredited specialist in practical and theoretical driver training.

The instructors and teachers of the driving school are certified specialists. They are professionals in their field and at the same time a young and promising team that uses classical and modern teaching methods.

To meet the needs of students, equipped classrooms were created on the basis of the Faculty of Law of UzhNU, which combine classical teaching methods (stands, posters, etc.) and modern tools such as computer equipment, multimedia devices, etc. When arranging the classrooms, accessibility requirements were taken into account, which allow people with disabilities to attend classes comfortably.

To ensure practical driving lessons, modern foreign-made cars are used, equipped with passive safety features, climate control systems in the cabin, etc. The driving school's fleet includes a car equipped with a manual control system, adapted for people with musculoskeletal disorders.

The manoeuvring area is equipped in accordance with all legal requirements and was commissioned in 2022. There you will master basic driving skills and will be able to safely start driving on the street and road network.

Barzul Yurii Mykhailovych. Specialist in practical training of drivers of category “B” vehicles. A driver with colossal experience. He has many years of experience in the field of international passenger transportation, so he feels behind the wheel like a fish in water. Yurii Mykhailovych says that work is his favourite hobby, and the successes of his students make him happier.
Barzul Yurii Mykhailovych. Specialist in practical training of drivers of category “B” vehicles. A driver with colossal experience. Vakarov Mykola Mykolaiovych. Specialist in practical training of drivers of category “B” vehicles. A true connoisseur and enthusiast of his craft. A specialist diploma in the field of “Psychology” allows Mykola Mykolaiovych to find an approach to each student. Mykola Mykolaiovych also successfully completed training in the basics of Ukrainian sign language for employees of institutions, organizations and educational establishments from the Ukrainian Sign Language Centre of the UTOS Cultural Centre.

Kopchyk Ivan Yuriiovych. Specialist in practical training of drivers of category “B” vehicles. An experienced driver, attentive to details. Ivan Yuriiovych is always calm and friendly. His goal is to train confident drivers and ensure safety on the roads, so he always explains every nuance in detail and pays attention to working on mistakes.
Rubish Vasyl Vasylovych. Specialist in practical training of drivers of category “B” vehicles. An experienced driver, a true professional. He successfully combines work at the driving school with teaching at the Faculty of Physics, which, in turn, gives him vast experience in communicating with students. Vasyl Vasylovych has an excellent understanding of the structure of cars and the operating principles of each mechanism, which he gladly shares with students.

A practising instructor, therefore he is familiar with all problematic aspects of driver training, which allows him to foresee possible difficulties of students and explain to them the practical significance of each individual rule of the Traffic Rules. And his experience as a teacher makes Ivan Yaroslavovych's classes substantive and professional.

Yurkovych Nataliia Vasylivna. Specialist in theoretical driver training. She has considerable experience in teaching. Nataliia Vasylivna cares about each of her students, always helps with solving difficult test questions, explains the nuances of the Traffic Rules and sincerely rejoices in the successes of each student. Students say that after her explanations it is impossible not to understand something. And Nataliia Vasylivna says that the secret of her success is that she loves her work.

Shpontak Mariana Ivanivna. Specialist in theoretical driver training, responsible for teaching pre-medical aid. She explains easily and accessibly what can save lives. A practising doctor with many years of experience.

In general, the team of the Driving School of the SHEI “UzhNU” is a young, but at the same time experienced and ambitious collective that sees its goal as changing the frankly outdated approaches to driver training to more modern ones, using an alternative approach to training, taking into account modern technologies in combination with methods tested by time. We are open to dialogue, always looking for ways to improve, love teaching others and improving our skills.
