What helps us remain resilient and not lose our humanity in difficult times?

On 21 October, we invite you to a lecture by Andrii Zelinskyi, “The Philosophy of Resilience”, as part of the special project “How Are You?” — “Sophiynist. The Power to Live and Act”.

Andrii Zelinskyi is a chaplain, co-founder and national lecturer of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and author of the books “Semenovi Zori”, “The Anatomy of a Warrior” and others.

In his new book “Like a Tree by Streams of Water. The Philosophy of Resilience”, he reflects on the development of personal resilience through deep self-knowledge: how we build relationships with the world, with people and with ourselves, find inner supports and remain human in inhuman conditions.

At the meeting we will talk about resilience that rests on honest inner work, connections with others and making sense of one’s own experience. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and exchange thoughts.

The special project “Sophiynist.
