INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING: SCHOOL STUDENTS VISIT UZHU FOR AN OPEN DAY

As part of the Open Day organised by the Faculty of History and International Relations, the Department of Business Administration, Marketing and Management introduced prospective students to the degree programmes in Management and Marketing.

Associate Professor Viktoriia Bondarenko, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, and Associate Professor Viktoriia Zelich provided an overview of the academic programmes, the learning process, and future career opportunities. The school students learned about the knowledge and skills acquired by future managers and marketing professionals, including the development of creative thinking, the use of digital tools, and the ability to address real-world business challenges.

The practical part of the event was led by Associate Professors Viktoriia Zelich and Vitalii Kuvik, who invited the participants to take part in an interactive workshop entitled “Starting Point: Create a Map of Your Future.” Through engaging activities and discussions, the students explored their personal interests, identified their career goals, and outlined the first steps towards achieving them.

In a friendly and informal atmosphere, the school students had the opportunity to talk to the academic staff, ask questions about university studies, and discuss how management and marketing can help them bring their ideas to life, build successful careers, or start their own businesses.

Faculty students also shared their personal experiences, talking about their studies and the opportunities available to university students.

We sincerely thank all participants for their interest, enthusiasm, and active engagement! We look forward to welcoming you again – this time as participants in our classes.
