Greetings on the 81st anniversary of the founding of Uzhhorod University

Dear faculty, researchers and students!

I sincerely congratulate our entire large university community on the 81st anniversary of the founding of Uzhhorod University!

We meet this occasion in a special period: the merger of Uzhhorod and Mukachevo universities opens new horizons of opportunities for us for development, large-scale scientific research and high-quality education of the European level.

Today, in times of great challenges for Ukraine, our mission is more responsible than ever: to train highly qualified specialists, to nurture the patriotic consciousness of young people, to conduct advanced research and, through all our work, to bring Victory closer and build a successful Ukraine.

I sincerely thank every teacher and employee for their dedication to their work in times of change and tireless work.

I thank the students for choosing our university, for your energy, your striving for knowledge and your faith in a shared future.
