Information on the payment of salaries for October 2026

Dear colleagues!

We inform you about the situation regarding the payment of salaries for October 2026.

In September 2026, another increase in the salaries of academic and teaching staff took place. At the same time, as of 30 October 2026, additional funding from the state budget to ensure this increase had been allocated only for September.

The situation with the funding of the salary increase is nationwide in nature and affects institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education that receive funding from the state budget. Its resolution depends on the allocation of additional budgetary funds at the state level.

According to preliminary information from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the allocation of additional budgetary funds required to ensure the increased payments for October–December 2026 is expected in November.

In this connection, the salary for October, which is paid from the funds of the general fund of the state budget, will be paid in part. The final settlement for October is planned for the beginning of November 2026.

At the same time, the salary paid from the funds of the special fund of the University will be paid in full.

We understand how important timely and full payment of salaries is for every employee. That is why we consider it necessary to openly inform you about the reasons for the delay and the expected timelines for its resolution.

The University administration is in constant communication with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and is taking the necessary measures to ensure full settlement with employees as soon as possible.
