As part of UzhU's Open Days, the Faculty of Physics was one of the first to hospitably open its doors to prospective applicants. More than 100 school students registered to become better acquainted with the unit, its educational opportunities and student life. And many visited the faculty without prior registration!
Such a stir became a genuinely pleasant surprise and testified to the considerable interest of young people in physics, modern technologies and science.
Throughout the event, lecturers introduced school students to the diversity of educational fields, spoke about study opportunities and prospects for professional development. Particular attention was devoted to the faculty's laboratories, where pupils had the opportunity to become better acquainted with research work, modern equipment and the practical application of knowledge.

The school students actively joined in the conversation, asked questions, and took an interest in the specifics of studying and the opportunities for self-realisation in the academic and professional spheres. The participants' lively interest and their activity created an exceptionally warm and inspiring atmosphere.
