General goal:

to research and teach methods, drivers and impacts of Europeanization of Ukrainian Public Law as a key direction of its development.

Specific objectives:

1) to research

the implementation of the best European practices of ensuring constitutional control and parliamentary control over government actions and prevention of corruption in public administration;

implementation of the European Administrative Space principles in the administrative law of Ukraine and in the practice of public administration: methods, drivers and impacts;

challenges facing Ukraine within the framework of the Europeanization of public law in various areas and directions;

construction of a conceptual model of Europeanization of the public law, taking into account the experience of countries that became members of the EU at its creation, at certain stages of expansion, and of Ukraine, which is just trying to join the commonwealth;

2) to introduce

the course "Europeanization of Public Law" for PhD students into the educational process of the Faculty of Law of Uzhhorod National University;

3) to spread

information about the Europeanization among public servants through the inclusion of certain issues of the Public Law Europeanization into the courses on public servants professional development at the Center for the Professional Development of Public Servants of the Uzhhorod National University;

4) to promote

the publication of scientific and educational literature on the Europeanization of Public Law and disseminate information about relevant processes among the general public.
